Touch International Launches New Multi-Touch Initiative
Touch International announced today that effective immediately, all of its projected capacitive and resistive products will adopt multi-touch capabilities.
AUSTIN, TX, May 29, 2010 /Hardware PR News/ -- Touch International, a leading touch screen manufacturer headquartered in Austin, Texas, announced today that effective immediately, all of its projected capacitive and resistive products will adopt multi-touch capabilities. Using its existing multi-touch technologies, which are comparable to those used with the Microsoft Windows 7 and Apple iPhone user interfaces, Touch International will make its standard products multi-touch capable.

Touch International began building multi-touch products in January, launching the Multi-Touch Resistive MARS series, followed by the MulTI-Touch Projected Capacitive line, set to release in June. In addition to multi-touch capabilities, these products can be configured to work with pen, gloved finger or bare finger input, and used in cold, hot or wet weather conditions.
