Adept Identification Technologies Responds to AdTech RFID Lawsuit.

Adept Identification Technologies responds to AdTech RFID Lawsuit, and counterclaims have been filed against AdTech RFID and its executives, Mary Fong and Ching Ho, for allegations of fraud, breach of contract, and other unlawful acts.

/Hardware PR News/ - SANTA CLARA, CA - December 11, 2006 - Adept Identification Technologies, an ODM provider of RFID readers and tags, today issued a statement regarding the complaint filed in Santa Clara County Superior Court by AdTech RFID on February 3, 2006.

"We will vigorously defend ourselves and will prevail against all claims made by AdTech RFID," said Richard Zai, chief technology officer of Adept Identification Technologies. "However, the appropriate forum to address this complaint is in the Santa Clara County Superior Court and not through the press."

Adept Identification Technologies believes that AdTech RFID's claims are entirely without merit, and counterclaims have been filed against AdTech RFID and its executives, Mary Fong and Ching Ho, for allegations of fraud, breach of contract, and other unlawful acts.
